Refund policy

At Cartiva, customer satisfaction is important to us. As a dropshipping store, we work with third-party suppliers to fulfill orders. Please review our refund policy carefully.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging    
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items on sale (if marked as final sale)

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange, contact us at info@cartivastore.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

6. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
